your
travel agency pertaining to your trip to Malaysia.
- A copy of your hotel reservation / place of stay.
- A
copy of your Resident Alien Card or Visa Status in
U.S.A
- A
copy of your Bank Statement.
- For
Business Trip:
- A business letter regarding the nature of business
visit in Malaysia.
- An invitation letter from the company in Malaysia.
- For
Social Visit:
- An employment verification letter from your current
company.
- Letter
of invitation from family/friend/spouse in Malaysia.
- Photocopy of family/friend's Malaysian Identification
Card.
- If spouse is Malaysian, provide a copy of Marriage
Certificate and Malaysian Identity Card.

For Multiple Entry Visa; Citizens of India who wish to enter Malaysia for the purpose of Social Visit are eligible to apply for Multiple Entry Visa
Conditions for Multiple Entry Visa are:
- Applicant must show proof of sufficient fund for staying in Malaysia
- Possess valid and confirmed return ticket
- Group tour is NOT ELIGIBLE to apply for a Multiple Entry Visa
NOTE: Visa Application form should be submitted to this office at least 2 weeks prior to departure date. Failure to comply with the above requirement will delay the process. This office will not hold responsible for any delay to your travel arrangement. Visa will be process within 5 working days.
