Issued
to foreigners who wish to enter for the purpose of engaging
in short term contract with any agencies. The validity
of the pass varies but not to exceed twelve (12) months
at any one time.
The
intended foreign applicant must be outside Malaysia at
the time of applications.
The
application has to be submitted by the local sponsor to
the Immigration Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur.
The
applicant is allowed to enter only when the pass is approved
and an entry visa will be issued by our office. |
