Visa On Arrival
Effective from 16.08.2010, the Immigration Department Malaysia will no longer issued Visa On Arrival (VOA) at all entry points to national of the following countries:
Bangladesh
People’s Republic of China
Myanmar
Nepal
Bhutan
Taiwan
Comoros
Afghanistan
Sri Lanka
Pakistan
India
This also applies to Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India nationals who are holding permanent resident or Expatriate long term pass / working permit from a third country and Afghanistan nationals who are on possession of either diplomatic or official passport.
